Welcome to Raviron. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Raviron mobile application ("App", "Service"). By accessing or using Raviron, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Raviron, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Raviron on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Raviron. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Raviron, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Raviron ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Contain harmful, threatening, or abusive material
• Include spam, advertising, or promotional content without permission
• Contain malware or malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate the privacy rights of others

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion and without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Raviron only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others from using the Service

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Raviron and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Community Guidelines

Raviron is a community for artists to share, learn, and inspire. We expect all users to:

• Be respectful and supportive of other artists
• Provide constructive feedback and criticism
• Share original artwork or properly credit sources
• Report inappropriate content or behavior
• Respect intellectual property rights

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, your User Content may be removed from the Service, subject to our data retention policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raviron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raviron and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Raviron regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

17. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
